4 Days Safari & Trekking Mandara encampment

Day 1: Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park

Activity; Game drive
Accommodation &Meals; Kudu Campsite B, L, D.

After breakfast, we leave Arusha with packed lunch and go for a game drive in Lake Manyara; The Park is famous for its tree-climbing lions, elephants, hippos and colorful birds. We will leave in the afternoon and drive back to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Karatu - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, we leave Karatu with picnic lunch for an on-route game drive from Ngorongoro to Serengeti the National park, with optional ($60/group) visit of Maasai Village, and optional ($36/person) visit to Olduvai Gorge. Afternoon game drives in the park. Afternoon game drive in the Serengeti Plains. Later in the day proceed to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater

Activities: Game drives
Accommodation & Meals: Seronera Campsite B, L, D.

After breakfast, we leave with picnic lunch for a full day game drive in Serengeti. The Park contains the largest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa, on a scale, which has no parallel anywhere in the world. There is abundance of herbivores. Serengeti is also famous for lions and contains a wide variety of birdlife, believed to be in the region of 350 species, and with good chances also of seeing the predators at work. Later in the evening proceed the lodge/camp for dinner and overnight,

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater - Arusha

Activities: Game drives
Accommodation & Meals: B, L

After breakfast, leave with picnic lunch and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater exploring the short grass plains of the largest intact caldera in the world. The crater enjoys its enduring charm stems from the overwhelming physical beauty and the abundance of wildlife permanently resident on the crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lions, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many games, then later in the late afternoon leaves the crater and drive back to Arusha town and drop off at the Hotel/Lodge.

Arusha - Marangu - Arusha

Activities: Guided Trekking to Mandara Hut
Accommodation & Meals: L.

Depart Arusha with picnic lunches and drive to Marangu via Moshi town; we will depart to Marangu gate of Kilimanjaro National Park (it is a 45-minute drive from Moshi town to the Marangu Gate). Upon registering with park authorities, our climb will officially commence with a four to five hours walk to the Mandara encampment. We will pass through a thick rainforest zone, where there is a high chance of rain in the afternoon. You can have your Lunch at the Camp, thereafter descend to the gate and drive back to Arusha and drop off at the Hotel/Lodge.

Accommodations are Subject to the availabilities at the time of booking.
