Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you’ll be greeted and driven to Tarangire National Park via Arusha town. Along the way, you’ll stop to pick up your picnic lunch. Once in Tarangire, you’ll spend the day exploring its spectacular landscape, renowned for its large herds of elephants. Later in the afternoon, you’ll head to Sangaiwe Tented Camp for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast at Sangaiwe Tented Camp, you’ll depart for Serengeti National Park with a packed lunch. En route, you’ll enjoy a game drive from Ngorongoro Conservation Area to Serengeti, with optional visits to a Maasai village and Olduvai Gorge. In the afternoon, you’ll embark on game drives in Serengeti to spot predators and herbivores.
After breakfast, we leave with picnic lunch for a full day game drive in Serengeti in search for large predators and the gentle herbivores on which they feed in the rolling plains of Serengeti savannah. The Park contains the largest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa, on a scale, which has no parallel anywhere in the world. There is abundance of herbivores. Serengeti is also famous for lions and contains a wide variety of birdlife, believed to be in the region of 350 species, and with good chances also of seeing the predators at work.
After breakfast, leave with picnic lunch and descend into the Ngorongoro Crater exploring the short grass plains of the largest intact caldera in the world. The crater enjoys its enduring charm stems from the overwhelming physical beauty and the abundance of wildlife permanently resident on the crater floor. This extinct volcano embraces 100sq miles alive with lions, leopard, rhino, elephant, buffalo, and many games, then later in the late afternoon leaves the crater and drive back to Arusha then we proceed to the airport for your flight back home.
